Q. Why does Henredon discontinue a current collection or specific pieces within a collection?
A. Design styles and trends change within our industry and our designs and styles are the best in the industry. We selectively manufacture our furniture, and our production is based on the demand for the collections and pieces within those current collections.
Q. What is Henredon’s warranty?
A. Henredon stands behind the integrity of their product and will work alongside your dealer to assess the reason for the problem and the best course of action. Typically any problems are identified shortly after delivery.
Q. Does Henredon have Outlet or Factory Direct Stores?
A. Henredon has an outlet store in North Carolina that deals in discontinued and damaged furniture. This location is an avenue for Henredon to retail discontinued pieces and those that are not first quality. ( damaged or distressed pieces, etc.) All items are sold on a "as is" basis, and have a "no return" policy. This outlet location can only retail items that are shipped directly to them from the manufacturing facilities; the outlet is not able to order any specific pieces from our collections. Q. Can I get broken handles or replacement parts on our older piece of Henredon furniture?
A. We can often locate replacements for broken handles and miscellaneous hardware. Please email item number (6 digit product identification number stenciled on back or bottom of piece), and photos of the piece and of the replacement part needed (if applicable, or if item number is not available) to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the body of your email list how many replacement parts are needed along with your contact information. We ask for your patience as some things will require manual research. We will contact you back as soon as possible with availability, pricing, and lead time. If you have further questions contact our parts department at 800-444-3682 after information has been submitted.
Q. Can you customize your furniture to our specific needs?
A. We have Custom Finish Options available on select collections, contact Customer Service or your local dealer for more information. Unfortunately we are not able to customize wood products to fit individual needs. Our upholstery products are almost all custom made. This allows you the freedom to design the upholstery piece to fit your specific needs. Under the Henredon Upholstery category on our website please choose the "Design your Own" and you will be able to create a rendition of your upholstery item with the fabric that you choose. You can use different fabrics and trims, and then print off your selection for future reference. Be creative and design an upholstery item exactly as you want!
